When you authorize Polks Consultancy integrations via Google OAuth, Zoho, or other platforms: Data Storage: All data is stored directly within your installed Zoho account or other platform account. Polks Consultancy does not store your data on our servers. Any other SaaS/product where you install our app will store data in that account only.
Data Access: We access only the data necessary for functionality, analytics, and two-way synchronization. This includes:
Google profile information (name, email) (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile) BigQuery metadata and table information (read/write as needed) (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/bigquery) Zoho data (crm, campaigns) (ZohoCRM.modules.ALL,ZohoCRM.settings.ALL,ZohoCRM.org.ALL,ZohoCRM.users.ALL,ZohoCRM.signals.ALL,ZohoSearch.securesearch.READ, ZohoCampaigns.contact.ALL,aaaserver.profile.READ) Any other platform-specific data necessary for functionality Purpose: Display dashboards, sync data between BigQuery and Zoho, push updates, and enable integration features Important:

➔  All access is temporary and only for functionality
➔  Users can revoke authorization or request deletion at any time

All user data accessed is protected using the following measures:
Secure storage: Data remains within the user’s own accounts, and temporary processing copies are encrypted.
Access restriction: Only authorized personnel can access temporary data for service functionality.
Temporary usage: OAuth or integration data is used only as needed for functionality and deleted immediately afterward.
Regular backups: Temporary data copies are securely deleted when no longer needed.

Revoke Access: You can revoke OAuth or platform authorization at any time, which removes all access and temporary data.
Data Deletion: You may request permanent deletion of all synced data via support@polksconsultancy.com.
Data Download: Users may request a full copy of their data and activity history.

Users may update or change information directly in their workspace or application. Downloading data does not automatically delete it from the service.

User data remains in the user’s account and will be deleted if the account remains inactive for more than six (6) months. OAuth or integration data is temporarily stored and removed once it is no longer required.

Users can delete their data via the application interface or by contacting support@polksconsultancy.com. If you unsubscribe from a service, uninstall the integration from your account. Data will be backed up for up to 7 days, and permanent deletion occurs after confirmed removal.

Polks Consultancy uses log files for analytics, site administration, and trend analysis. Logs may include IP addresses, browser type, ISP, date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and click counts. These logs are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Cookies are used to store visitor preferences and track accessed pages, improving user experience and customization. You may disable cookies through your browser settings.

This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party websites or advertisers. Users should review third-party privacy policies separately.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support@polksconsultancy.com, and it will be promptly removed.

This Privacy Policy applies only to online activities on our website, integrations, and applications. It does not cover offline data collection or other channels.
